Important Stuff

  1. This insurance offer is applicable to adult shoes of designated brands: Caterpillar, Keen, Merrell, The North Face and Timberland.
  2. This insurance offer is only valid for customers with HKID card and aged 18 or above.
  3. The redemption of this insurance offer must be completed within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  4. Late redemption will not be accepted.
  5. Each pair of registered shoes can be claimed once only.
  6. One shoe voucher can be used to purchase one pair of adult shoes only.
