The packaged "Deep Throat Saliva" testing service for detection of COVID-19 is provided by GOLAB. GOLAB's test lab partners are government recognized laboratories.

Important stuff

  • Avo COVID Test Package is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • We will issue one policy and two GOLAB COVID-19 Real-time PCR "Deep Throat Saliva" test confirmation letters per purchase.
  • The policy holder and the person who perform the COVID-19 test are not necessarily be the same person.
  • Policy holder must be the insured person in aged between 18 to 75 and holds a valid HKID card.
  • Period of insurance is 30 days from the policy issue date.
  • If you are covered more than one Avo Accident Protection | iProtect policies, our maximum liability to you will not exceed HK$100,000 in aggregate for the same accident.
  • We will not cover you if you are on duty for occupations involving the use of machinery, working in a hazardous working environment such as a construction site, or working at height of greater than 10 feet from ground or floor level. For details, please refer to Policy Wordings.
  • The packaged "Deep Throat Saliva" testing service for detection of COVID-19 is provided by GOLAB. GOLAB's test lab partners are government recognized laboratories.
  • Key features:
    ．The specimen collection process can be conducted at home
    ．Result of the test to be directly informed by the laboratory normally in one working day (from submission time of the sample)
  • Without prejudice, Avo shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, expenses or claim (whether direct or indirect) in relation to this "Deep Throat Saliva" testing service provided by GOLAB under this Package.
